What’s Covered
Manufacturing Defects
If a setting fails, a prong loosens, or a stone becomes unseated due to a defect in workmanship rather than everyday wear, we’ll repair it at no charge.
Diamond Guarantee
Every lab-grown diamond we set is guaranteed to be genuine diamond — chemically and physically identical to a mined stone. If a center stone is ever found not to be a genuine diamond as represented, we’ll replace it.
Stone Security
If a diamond or gemstone comes loose from its setting due to a manufacturing fault within the warranty terms, we’ll re-set it free of charge.
What’s Not Covered
- Damage from accidents, loss, or theft
- Normal wear and tear on prongs, clasps, and settings over time
- Damage caused by improper storage, exposure to chemicals, or unauthorized repairs by a third party
- Resizing or alterations performed outside of Genzee Diamonds
- Loss of a stone due to impact damage rather than a manufacturing defect
How the Warranty Works
1. Reach Out
Contact our team with your order details and a description (and photos, if possible) of the issue.
2. Assessment
We’ll review the piece to confirm whether the issue falls under warranty coverage.
3. Repair or Replacement
Covered issues are repaired or the affected stone is replaced at no cost to you. Turnaround time will depend on the scope of the repair.
Keeping Your Jewelry in Warranty Condition
To help your piece stay protected and looking its best:
- Have prongs and settings inspected periodically
- Remove jewelry before swimming, cleaning with chemicals, or heavy manual work
- Store pieces separately to avoid scratching
- Have any resizing or repair work done through Genzee Diamonds to keep your warranty intact
