Are Genzee Diamonds real diamonds?
Yes. Our diamonds are grown using Chemical Vapor Deposition (CVD), the same carbon crystal structure as a mined diamond. They’re chemically, physically, and optically identical — real diamonds, just grown rather than mined.
How are lab-grown diamonds different from mined diamonds?
The only difference is origin. A lab-grown diamond forms in a controlled growth chamber over weeks instead of underground over billions of years. Hardness, brilliance, and fire are the same.
Are your diamonds certified?
Yes, gem diamonds over a set carat threshold are available with independent grading from GIA and IGI, confirming cut, color, clarity, carat weight, and lab-grown origin.
Do you offer colored or fancy diamonds?
Yes. Our growth process supports the full color spectrum, from colorless grades to fancy colors.
Custom Jewelry & Ordering
Can I design a fully custom piece?
Yes. Share a sketch, reference photo, or description, and our team will create a free CAD design for your review before any stone is cut or set.
What metals and stones can I choose from?
14K/18K gold (yellow, white, rose), platinum, and sterling silver, set with lab-grown diamonds, moissanite, or other gemstones.
How long does a custom order take?
Timelines vary by design complexity, stone availability, and any revisions needed after your CAD review. Our team will give you an estimated timeline once your design is finalized.
Do you offer wholesale, OEM, or ODM programs?
Yes, we work with jewelry brands and retailers on wholesale orders and fully white-labeled collections produced to your specifications.
Can I resize or modify a piece after I receive it?
Yes — reach out to our team. Note that resizing or repairs done outside of Genzee Diamonds may affect your Lifetime Warranty coverage.
Industrial & Semiconductor-Grade Diamond
Do you sell diamond material outside of jewelry?
Yes. We manufacture diamond semiconductor substrates and diamond powders for power electronics, RF devices, thermal management, and precision polishing applications.
Can I get a sample before ordering in volume?
Reach out to our team with your application and target specs — sample availability depends on the product line and order size.
Do industrial orders come with documentation?
Yes, substrates and powders ship with relevant characterization data (surface finish, purity, particle size, or thermal specs depending on the product).
Warranty & Care
What does the Lifetime Warranty cover?
Manufacturing defects, stone security issues caused by a setting fault, and diamond authenticity. It does not cover accidental damage, normal wear, or unauthorized third-party repairs. Full details are on our Lifetime Warranty page.
How do I file a warranty claim?
Contact our team with your order details and a description (and photos, if possible) of the issue, and we’ll assess whether it’s covered.
How should I care for my jewelry?
Remove jewelry before swimming, cleaning with chemicals, or heavy manual work; store pieces separately to avoid scratching; and have prongs and settings inspected periodically.
